Our Team

Walmer Bridge Day Nursery has a strong team of highly qualified, motivated Nursery Practitioners who will develop secure relationships with you and your child. 

Each child is assigned a Key Worker. It is their role to develop close bonds with your child, share information, observe and track your child’s development to ensure individual needs are met.

We have a robust staff development and appraisal programme to ensure the team is up to date with current developments and qualifications. All staff are First Aid qualified, hold a food hygiene certificate and receive regular Safeguarding training.
All our staff have full CRB checks.
